These self-drilling metal stud plasterboard screws deliver efficient fixing without the need for pre-drilling. The countersunk bugle head ensures a smooth, flush finish that protects the plasterboard surface from damage, while the PH2 Phillips drive recess provides reliable grip for controlled installation. Manufactured from C10-18 steel and finished with zinc plating, these screws are tested for corrosion resistance, enduring up to 60 hours salt spray (ASTM B117-11).
Applications and Versatility:
- Ideal for fixing plasterboard to metal wall and ceiling track systems
- Suitable for self-drilling into metal sections up to 2.0mm thick (No.2 drill point)
- Widely used in partitioning, wall lining, and ceiling framework installations

Delivery Information
We offer FREE local delivery on all orders over £250. For all other orders a £18.00 (£15.00 plus vat) local delivery charge will apply.
We aim to deliver stocked items usually within 2-3 working days but in busier periods this can sometimes take longer. On receipt of your order we will contact you as soon as possible to advise an intended delivery date, should this delivery date be inconvienent then we will try our best to accomodate a suitable delivery date.
Click & Collect Information
Orders can also be collected from either of our depots. We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready for collection.
We aim to process your order and have goods ready for collection within the same working day (stocked items only) on all orders placed before 1pm, orders after 1pm will be ready the following working day. In the event of your ordered items being out of stock we will contact you with an estimated lead time on your order.
