Product Features/Specifications:
- Supplied in boxes of 100 ties
- Includes insulation clips and wall plugs for a complete installation kit
- Manufactured from austenitic stainless steel (BS 1449 Pt. 2 1983) for superior resistance to corrosion
- Complies with strength requirements of DD140 Part 2 for a Type 2 tie
- Suitable for cavity widths of 100mm
- Designed for fast and efficient installation with no specialist tools required
Applications and Versatility:
These screw-in cavity ties are suitable for forming internal or external leaf connections to single-skin buildings. They can be used effectively with brick, stone block, and timber-framed structures, making them highly versatile for both domestic and commercial builds. Supplied with plugs and insulation retaining clips to ensure a secure fit and proper insulation retention. Recommended fixing density: 5 ties per square metre.

Delivery Information
We offer FREE local delivery on all orders over £250. For all other orders a £18.00 (£15.00 plus vat) local delivery charge will apply.
We aim to deliver stocked items usually within 2-3 working days but in busier periods this can sometimes take longer. On receipt of your order we will contact you as soon as possible to advise an intended delivery date, should this delivery date be inconvienent then we will try our best to accomodate a suitable delivery date.
Click & Collect Information
Orders can also be collected from either of our depots. We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready for collection.
We aim to process your order and have goods ready for collection within the same working day (stocked items only) on all orders placed before 1pm, orders after 1pm will be ready the following working day. In the event of your ordered items being out of stock we will contact you with an estimated lead time on your order.
